Heflin will be a dual-threat option for the Eagles and elevates their offense greatly.

Byrd | 2027 State WV has placed in our rankings in the past, but had a brief hiatus as we waited for updated film. He’ll now head to Robert C. Byrd after consolidation closed his former school, and he should be right in the mix to be their starting quarterback. Heflin has ATH potential as well, if he doesn’t start behind center, and is a quality overall athlete who is versatile in what position he plays. He has the size and athleticism to get college looks regardless of what position he projects at the next level and will be a great addition to the Eagles’ program over the next two seasons.”
