Fowler is a gutsy QB, and isn’t afraid to test a safety or two, especially on a deep post, as he has a lot of faith in his arm, and a lot of faith in his ability to stretch the field. Fowler has quickly become someone who can work through the pocket very quickly. You can see his youth at times, but this isn’t a bad thing, as he will be someone who will progress through the reps he gets. He is someone who will make headlines by the time he becomes a senior, as this is the season I expect him to break out.
