One of few players on the Anamosa roster who could make something happen with regularity on offense, Hudson Scranton Hudson Scranton 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH Anamosa | 2026 State IA led the way for the Blue Raiders on the ground. With 15 carries for 73 yards, Scranton averaged 4.9 yards per carry, and he also returned four kicks for 78 yards.

Having his name called all night by the PA announcer, Scranton is the go-to offensive attack for Anamosa, and he has been that for the majority of the season. Likely one game away from becoming a 1,000-yard rusher, Scranton has taken 202 carries for 958 yards so far this season.

Scranton contributed mightily for a Raider outfit that won nine games and reached the state quarterfinals. He rushed for 384 yards (7.4 YPC) and six touchdowns, and caught three more scores. His best work happens coming off of the end, where he sets the edge and separates well from blocks when the ball comes his way.
