Ohlinger is a D6 star for Grandview Heights and is looking to lead the Bobcats far next season. My favorite quality a running back can demonstrate is contact balance, and Henry is great with it. He excels at keeping his legs churning through contact and quickly recovers to continue rushing. His footwork complements his ability to maneuver in a skinny fashion through the zone run system. When in open space, few players will be able to bring him down if they can catch him. If you haven’t heard the name

Ohlinger had a phenomenal season, rushing for 1,582 yards and 27 touchdowns in just 11 games. The big and strong tailback, who has good burst for his size, is being rewarded with several opportunities and offers to play at Power 4 programs.

Henry had a solid Sophomore season in 2023. His very good play helped the Grandview Heights Bobcats to a 7-win season where they averaged 25.5 points per game. He shows very good vision as he finds the open hole and plays with great tenacity when running inside. He runs behind his pads and exhibits excellent play strength as he stiff arms LB breaking their tackle before picking up more yardage. He finishes his runs by falling forward before picking up the 1st down. His solid play speed enables him to outrun DB and LB in the open field.

Ohlinger had a big sophomore campaign for the Grandview Heights Bobcats rushing for over 1,300 yards and 17 touchdowns. He’s a big back with an excellent combination of size, explosiveness, and speed. Henry attended our Prep Redzone Ohio showcase in January and put up a really strong 40 time with a 4.69. That’s a time I think he has room to improve upon as he continues his physical development. He broad jumped 8’11 and 9’1 showing off his high-level explosiveness. Those traits definitely carry over to the football field. Off the snap he’s explosive and downhill in a hurry. He has good vision and makes sudden in the open field. When you combine those traits with his size it makes Henry a very hard tackle when he gets a head of steam. Ohlinger is a definite D1 back. He already has pocketed offers from Toledo and Miami (OH). I not only expect that list to grow this offseason, with some strong camps, I think he could start to get P4 interest.
