Moser is your typical “Y- tight end” who can excel in both the run and pass game. He is a possession threat who QBs look for as a security blanket and usually drags along a defender or two. He’s not the fastest or quickest guy out there but he runs adequate routes allowing him to beat defenders off tempo and precision. He is also a big body that can win 50/50 balls near the red zone. When it comes to blocking he is violent and doesn’t stop his feet when latched onto a defender. When watching his film you can see he finishes blocks and usually ends up on top of a defender or violently throws them. While the Jayhawks use him as a flex-type tight end his future will be more hand in the dirt and releasing from your normal tight end position due to the value he brings. If you can work on his speed and make his routes a little more crisp he will easily be a mismatch for linebackers and perhaps even some safeties.
