We’re looking forward to seeing 2027 wide receiver and defensive back Harper Hamar Harper Hamar 5'11" | WR/DB Thomas-Fay-Custer | 2027 OK this season because he has the potential to be their ultimate weapon on offense. Hamar finished last year with 33 carries for nearly 300 yards and a couple touchdowns. He also had 22 catches for nearly 300 yards and was also productive on the defensive side of the ball. Hamar is a playmaker that is at his best with the football in his hands and getting out in space. Don’t be surprised if his production goes up this season as the Terriers try to find new ways to get him involved on the offensive side of the ball. There is a lot of potential here for a breakout season. 

Because the Terriers have so many starters back, the easy assumption is that they are senior-heavy. While they do have a solid senior class, one of the top returning defenders is going to be a sophomore this fall. Linebacker Harper Hamar Harper Hamar 5'11" | WR/DB Thomas-Fay-Custer | 2027 OK returns for his sophomore season after a breakout freshman campaign. Thomas was experienced last year as well but Hamar couldn’t be denied and got on the field very early in his high school career. He answered the call and was one of the team’s leading tacklers in 2023. And as we start looking ahead to the 2024 season, it’s going to be fun to see how much Hamar’s production explodes this season.
