I received non-sports awards

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a 15-year-old freshman on varsity football, for Milwaukee lutheran, I’ve developed strong teamwork skills by working closely with my teammates to achieve our goals. I’ve also learned leadership by encouraging others during practice and games. Being part of the team has taught me discipline, commitment, and how to support my community through sports. It also helped me form a brotherhood.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes I faced a couple of challenges, like being a freshman on varsity I wasn't use to playing against somebody 3 grade higher than me but I adjusted to it and gave it my all. I leave it all on the field I give it all I got.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college with good leadership, good education and a good sports program. I'm looking for d1 schools offers but if they think I don't have what it takes I will take a d2, d3 offer but just know I'm going to make every school who passed up on talent pay, they will remember my name and be like damn we should of brought him into our organization.

Milwaukee Lutheran will be looking for a new focal point of the offense. They graduate their leading rusher who put up 900+ and 9 TDs in 2025. Harlem was 2nd on the team with 39/199/2, so he looks like he is in line to be the next man up. Harlem is a quick hitting RB who shows burst to and through the hole and his frame is well built so that he can fall forward at the end of plays. We also see flashes of contact balance throughout his sophomore highlights. Harlem was just scratching the surface in 2025. 2026 is the breakout year.
