Sadik is an intriguing evaluation because he checks the measurables box at 6’6 315, but his Junior Film showed a player who was really raw as a blocker – halfway through his senior season and getting a live look at Sadik, he has made some significant steps forward. A big area of improvement is his use of his hands as a blocker and his ability to be violent with his hands and utilize his length. Last year, he would bear hug guys – this year, he does a solid job of getting his hands on the chest with a solid punch and maintaining his blocks. Pad level and explosive movement still come in flashes and can be more consistent, but he should be jumping on the radar of a ton of schools with his size and the film he has put out so far this season.
