One of the top athletes across the state and a true dual-threat signal caller that can play anywhere on the field, Newman is having a stellar senior season and should make an immediate impact at the next level once he inks with a school. He has recently seen a uptick in his recruitment gathering offers from Carroll College and Rocky Mountain and should fit nicely in the Frontier Conference anywhere on the field. He has thrown for 1,300 yards and 9 touchdowns while adding another nearly 900 yards on the ground with 11 touchdowns and doubles his duty on defense as well.
