Griffen was one of a few running backs that caught my eyes in the live eval at the Minnesota-Morris Prospect Camp in what has been a productive summer of camps for Pequot Lakes on our camp trail. The 5’8 215 pounder has added to his frame in the weight room and showed off as one of the more fluid ball carriers in attendance at Morris. I also came away intrigued with his hands out of the backfield, as one that had the opportunity to create space in the open field when he needed to with his vision. A two-sport athlete that could be a senior bloomer to watch for in the Patriots offense.
