One of the QBs in the Class of 2026 that I am very high on is Burlington’s Grant Sulik Grant Sulik 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Burlington | 2026 State WI . The senior checks so many boxes and that has earned him a few offers, but more coming along wouldn’t surprise me. He has the prototypical size. He has an arm that can truly rip the ball downfield into tight windows. That ability was on display multiple times in Week 8. The ability to be pinpoint accurate while firing a fastball into a spot is not easy to do at a consistent rate, but Grant has shown he can do that several weeks this year. Don’t sleep on the senior QB.

One of my favorite senior QBs put together a fantastic display of his talents in a Week 3 victory. Grant carved up Wilmot with accuracy, arm strength to attack the entire field, and athleticism at times. The touch that Grant demonstrates on his deep passes jumped off the tape on multiple completions. The way he can drop it in a bucket and let his man run under it in stride sparked a lot of big gains after the catch. Grant is going to be one of the steals of this Class at the rate he is going. The entire field is open to his arm talent. College coaches need to check him out. They are missing out.

Grant came into this offseason with the least amount of experience as a starter on varsity, but the traits are hard to ignore. He has the 6’4″ 205 lbs frame, prototypical for a collegiate QB. The 2026 QB also has the big arm that allows him to play free and with no hesitation when he needs to fire it on a rope into a tight spot or deep downfield. He also has strong bloodlines with his brother Jack playing QB at North Dakota. The size is there, the natural arm is there. The offers are also starting to be there. He has an offer from Eau Claire and Oshkosh currently.

One of the first kids that came to mind while building up this article was Burlington’s Grant Sulik Grant Sulik 6'4" | 205 lbs | QB Burlington | 2026 State WI . Grant has the building blocks to work on that could help him turn into a viable starting option at the next level down the road. He is coming off his first year as starter on varsity after his older brother headed off to North Dakota. Grant looks the part of a next level QB with his 6’4″ 205 lbs frame. The ’26 QB has a live arm to match that big frame. Even when scrambling around, throwing off platform or his back foot, Grant is able to drive the ball downfield into windows. When he is able to set and throw he can get the ball out quick and keep it on a rope with little air under it when he needs to be accurate and hit closing windows. Sulik also threatens the defense with his legs. He isn’t a burner, but the junior had no trouble breaking contain, buying time, or picking up key first downs. I’m excited to see him get back on the field.

Burlington is currently on a run of Sulik’s at the helm. After the elder Sulik headed off for North Dakota, Grant was able to take over the helm. In his first season he did get Burlington into the playoffs. I believe there is plenty more in the tank for Grant to tap into and utilize on the field. The junior QB has a big arm to match the prototypical frame. His tape shows that he can fire passes with no air under them into spots, especially short-intermediate. Even when he goes downfield he can step into it and drive the ball into spots. Grant has quick feet that can quickly set and get the ball out. The tools are all there for him to handle more attempts this coming fall. Don’t be surprised to see that breakout even start over the summer at camps for the Class of 2026 QB.

With his older brother now at North Dakota it was time for Grant to take the wheel of the Burlington offense. Safe to say the offense is in great hands. Grant has the elite frame of a next level QB that is fully equipped with the arm talent that is also required to play at the next level. Grant’s range is up there with the best. He can push it 40, 50 yards downfield while coming out of a scramble, and it looks easy when he is able to set his feet and fire. The ball carries the velocity all the way to the receiver too. It is also great to see the mobility he has to keep plays alive and when he is moving in the pocket he has the poise to keep his eyes downfield. This kid may be one of the breakout athletes of the summer.
