Helm is a true mauler in the trenches and is also a interior prospect. He excels in the run game and does a good job getting underneath defenders and using leverage and a strong initial punch to create vertical push. He shows good patient hand violence in pass protection, and excels against both speed and power rushers while staying within his frame. He is another prospect that will be one of the top in his class for his position heading into this Fall. Helm projects as a guard or center at the next level, and has plenty of room to continue to grow and develop over the next two years.
