Hepburn is one of the top safety prospects across Idaho and is a tremendous athlete in the open field with ball skills, quick trigger abilities and is a excellent open field tackler with a very high IQ. He is not afraid to drop down into the run game, fill ally’s and packs a punch at the POA while able to track down ball carriers with closing speed and proper angles and set the edge when needed. He is fluid in transition with recovery speed/length and has the frame to continue packing on weight at the next level and could grow into a OLB/SS by the time it’s all said and done. He should have a monster senior season and is one of the best Idaho has to offer at the position.

Hepburn is one of the better safety prospects returning next year and should draw no shortage of D3+ interest from multiple schools. He is a downhill and excellent open field tackler that can get into the backfield, takes the proper angles and brings a nice pop at contact when making tackles or taking on perimeter blockers. He moves efficiently sideline to sideline and can come up and set the edge while showing man coverage skills and fluid hips in transition with natural ball skills. He has good length and a big frame with plenty of room for growth and added mass and has plenty of untapped upside potential as either a safety or outside linebacker, depending on scheme. Also able to do damage on offense, he is a two-way guy that should breakout as a senior in 2026.

Hepburn is progressing over the offseason and is going to be on to watch for Lewiston. A good athlete that can make plays in a variety of ways. He is growing as a quarterback and we will see him be able to process quickly and make more throws from the pocket. He is a long athlete that is able to layer the football and then make his receivers a runner. As he continues to grow it wont be a surprise to see him move up our rankings quickly.
