2027 Rankings Analysis: Newcomers Ready for Breakout Years

Hepburn is one of the top safety prospects across Idaho and is a tremendous athlete in the open field with ball skills, quick trigger abilities and is a excellent open field tackler with a very high IQ. He is not afraid to drop down into the run game, fill ally's and packs a punch at the POA while able to track down ball carriers with closing speed and proper angles and set the edge when needed. He is fluid in transition with recovery speed/length and has the frame to continue packing on weight at the next level and could grow into a OLB/SS by the time it's all said and done. He should have a monster senior season and is one of the best Idaho has to offer at the position.     Morales is a physical interior rusher with heavy hands, can eat up blocks inside and reset the line quickly while a force in the middle of the Fruitland defensive front. He shows good lateral movement, sudden twitch and pass rush abilities for his size and snaps out of his stance quickly while able to win with both bend/power at the POA. Overall a balanced defender against the run and pass, look for him to draw next level interest through his senior season and is going to be a very nice get for a college program.     Poole checks into our rankings update as a top ten player along the offensive line across Idaho, and although can play tackle or guard at the high school level, he will find his home inside in college. He is violent off the ball, bends well and can get underneath defenders with heavy hands and finish abilities and flashes he can pull across the LOS and get to the second level with ease. He stays within his frame in pass protection, does not over-extend and stays patient while able to excel against both speed and power rushers. Overall, Poole plays with a nasty mentality and is a true interior road-grader that should draw plenty of college interest.     Nielsen checks into our rankings as one of the top tight ends in this class and is a big bodied pass catcher with a huge frame, good catch radius and strong hands while able to go up and get it. Nielsen can stretch the field and get over the top while showing he is very physical at the POA and bodies smaller defenders with ease on his way to the ball. He has plenty of room for growth but has all the starting tools needed with the frame to continue adding mass through his collegiate career.     Vincent is another newly added prospect to our rankings update and can get the ball out quick, has a quick throwing motion and release while able to throw on the run and buy time with his legs. He is a efficient processor, puts nice air underneath his throws to throw his receivers open and is not afraid to rip it into tight windows to thread the needle and can torque correctly on the run to square his shoulders and get the ball on a rope. Vincent had plenty of success as a Junior in 2025 and should produce more of the same this fall.
