. He was one of the best quarterbacks I saw in attendance that showed off a quick release and could thread his throws on all three levels into some tight quarters as well. He was one that was soundly quick adjusting his reads and hitting with precision on the few throws I was able to watch in the quarterback group. Surely a 2027 quarterback out of Lincoln that I expect his stock to continue to grow over the coming month on the camp trail.

looks primed to take over QB1 duties and lead a balanced attack with his backfield mate, Kadin, who was mentioned above. Gavin gave us several glimpses at his upside last year as he flashed a strong arm that can push the ball to all levels of the field and solid football IQ/decision making you need from your QB. Semm showed he can throw with touch as he delivers a catchable deep ball that falls right into a receiver’s hands. He can also put some heat on his throws over the middle of the field, delivering an accurate fastball that he can fit into tight windows. Solid mobility when rolling out and maneuvering the pocket, while keeping his eyes downfield looking for open receivers. Big year coming up for Gavin!

A very good looking Quarterback prospect with natural ability, Semm appears to be the top 2027 signal caller I’ve seen in Nebraska at this point. From footwork to weight shifting in his drop to his release and follow through, Semm is extremely polished from a fundamentals standpoint. Plays for the Soldier Patriots, one of the better travel football programs in the state. Standing 5-foot-11 and 155 pounds, he has already visited and camped on campus with the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Was a guest at their Spring Game this past April. Also a standout baseball player and is a member of the Lincoln Sox program.
