Evaluation: Pelzer is a true WR, but can play pretty much anywhere. Pelzer has excellent hands, and shows good footwork. He is a true creator behind the line of scrimmage and can extend plays using his legs and quick burst of speed to stay balanced as a runner evading tackles. I want to see more natural route running and deep down field plays from Pelzer moving forward, but his ability to get open create plays and utilize his legs, make him a deadly threat on the football field.

By all means, the ability to stretch the field in all assets is there. Pelzer has great hand-eye coordination and can track the ball in tight situations. Furthermore, he was used in a variety of actions in jet sweeps and play-action motions to get the ball in his hands. The YAC ability, where Pelzer is difficult to bring down on first contact, was evident in his game. No doubt this is a weapon that will be fun to watch moving forward and should gain a lot of attention.
