Season Stats: 29 Rec, 445 Yards, 5 TDs

I’m not sure there is a more important WR to his team than Garrett Bracewell Garrett Bracewell 6'3" | 170 lbs | WR Marathon | 2027 State WI of Marathon. The long, lean mismatch weapon has been balling out on a weekly basis and helping his team to a great start to the season. Garrett is such a gifted weapon. The long frame has a great pair of hands and the ability to go up and get the ball and also find ways to reel it in along the sideline and in traffic. Garrett also has plenty of tape showing off his well qualified speed and route running. The 2027 WR is able to create space and win without it too. I need to see teams lining up to get him on their rosters for next fall.

Stats: 12 Receptions, 193 Yards, 2 TDs

Garrett went off in Week 1 hauling in a dozen passes! The senior is one of the best available seniors in the state and proved why this past week. Right away the first takeaway is the senior is a YAC monster. Marathon would get him the ball quickly and let him work. Garrett has outstanding balance and power through contact, keeping his balance and punishing DBs. Having the ability to go from that to having DBs biting on head fakes the next play is a tough matchup for any DB. Garrett can win with speed, physicality after the catch, or route running. Coaches you need to dive into his tape.

The Marathon WR is one of the best in the state at his position. Garrett has a long frame and an equally impressive catch radius. He brings a great blend of speed and smooth athleticism that allows him to create a lot of separation with his route running. Garrett is able to make the difficult and concentration catches in traffic. It is so impressive watching him run routes. He doesn’t tip off his breaks and he has the savviness to set up DBs and have them losing him in their blind spots. The kid is a legitimate mismatch and one of the top skill players in the Class of 2027. He is also uncommitted, so don’t miss out coaches!
