This 2029 defensive back class is one of the more impressive early classes we have seen in South Dakota as Gabe Reiser Gabe Reiser DB Sioux Falls Lincoln | 2029 State SD comes in as our DB2 as #14 overall. We mentioned the top-tier track times he’s gather, but based on conversations I have had with folks Gabe brings some juice as a lockdown cornerback. The ball-tracking ability I saw this 7v7 season under my assumption has developed since Spring and I’ll be fasinated to find out how many stops Gabe can make in 1v1 pass coverage to start his season off in first three games, which will give us a better eval for the future. Gabe is one of a couple defensive backs we have an early rank on in this 2029 class, as another one on our list that will head to Sioux Falls Lincoln. He’s another one that intrigues me based off his track times, as the relay teams he was a part of were always in the top tier in Sioux Falls in the 4×100, 4×200, and 4×400. I got to see Gabe in action during 7v7 season, as acouple skillsets I can recall were his good ball-tracking ability for his age and I felt he had some glue to him in 1v1 pass coverage.
