What a showing from the sophomore RB out of Milwaukee Academy of Science. The sophomore demonstrated an explosive ability to stop on a dime and burst in another direction. Fredie is a slippery runner and explosive, but the ’28 also shows patience while behind the line of scrimmage. Wright also flashed some straight line speed to get the edge and down the sideline for a big chunk play. MAS has produced skill players at a very high rate in recent years. Fredie will be one to keep tabs on.

Projection: Rankable in state/class
On film, there’s enough proof to be excited about what Wright brings to the table. He has favorable size and while he doesn’t jump off the film as a crazy athlete, he can get to the edge. He’s another athlete that takes a few steps/strides to get to full seed. Comes with a muscular frame and think he’s just scratching the surface.
