Finding your way to the field as an underclassman at a program like Bishop Heelan is challenging. That’s why Peck being able to do that as a sophomore on a team that reached the state championship game in 2025 is noteworthy. His 9.5 tackles (seven solo), tackle for loss and fumble recovery are modest statistics, but they also can very well serve as a foundation for a breakout campaign in the fall. That theory is backed up by the film we can find on his Hudl page, albeit a limited amount. He does include a lot of special teams’ highlights, both in the return and coverage games. What stands out there is his speed, athleticism, determination and physicality. It’s a team player. Peck is a high-motor, intense middle linebacker that flies to the football. He moves well laterally and in a straight line, flashing the strength and active hands to get off of blocks in a hurry. Peck diagnoses plays and gets downhill in a hurry. He also packs potential as a fullback.
