Ezy Brown Ezy Brown 5'10" | 170 lbs | ATH Higley | 2025 State AZ is an incredible athlete playing in the defensive backfield for Highley. Whether it’s up at the line of scrimmage in short-yardage situations, or playing a deep zone to keep everything in front of him, he’s both fast enough and physical enough to do both well. He currently has six passes defensed to go with an interception on the season. A real playmaker with the ball in his hands, Brown leaves an impact on special teams as well averaging 25 yards each kickoff return and has 143 total kick return yards so far this year. Making his presence felt in two phases of the game, Browns athleticism has made him a prospect coaches should take a long look at as he finishes out his high school career.

Brown is a difference maker in all three phases at DB, WR, and Kick Returner. Possesses a wide skillset with good speed, lateral quickness, and natural athleticism. Great awareness and feel for the game to put himself in position to make plays. At receiver, he’s fast off the ball with a good drive phase to eat up defender’s cushion. Savvy with the ball in his hands, he can make quick lateral cuts around defenders and breakaway in the open field. On defense, he’s quick to diagnose run/pass and trigger to the ball. He’s a strong open field tackler that brings heavy contact. Shows he can track the ball in the air and time out his jump to compete at the high point effectively. Offered by Pacific and Wisconsin-River Falls so far.

Ezy Brown Ezy Brown 5'10" | 170 lbs | ATH Higley | 2025 State AZ is a player who, you can tell, truly tries to make the most of each and every opportunity that he gets. Whether he’s asked to block, run a route, return a kick, or cover a kick, Brown can be found working his hardest to get that job done. A receiver who’s regularly putting defenders in the dirt on blocks is extremely rare to find, but Higley has found one in Brown. He does an excellent job in open space with the ball in his hands and strikes a nice balance of getting as many yards as possible while still trying to make defenders miss. Lined up at receiver, Brown clearly has a good football IQ and, in particular, truly understands where and how to attack zone defenses. As he takes on a bigger role for Higley in his senior season, Brown is a player coaches should have on their boards.
