Agosto is a 5’11, 180 lbs wide receiver who can run like the wind. Agosto did most of his damage in the red zone last season, showing off his ability to create separation in short areas and break tackles with the ball in his hands. That being said, Agosto is a threat on any part of the field. He has a quick release off the line of scrimmage, possessing the ability to beat both man and zone coverage. When facing man, Agosto uses his strength, quickness, and route running to create separation. Against zone, he can settle into open windows, showing off his soft hands and ability to gain yards after the catch. Heading into his final season for the Hawks, Agosto is poised for a massive senior season.

Successful against big-school competition, Agosto was an All-Conference pick in 2022 while competing for one of the Illinois’ most successful high school programs of the 2000s in Maine South, yet somehow sits without an offer going into the August of his senior year. A potentially considerable pickup for a college WR room, Agosto brandishes the capacity to get open from multiple WR positions and strong hands that can catch the ball away from his body. I also like his concentration and toughness over the middle and can bounce off potentially big hits from safeties coming downhill, and he displays a little bit of wiggle in his releases and in the open field after the catch, as well as good vision. Additionally, Agosto breaks off his routes well and will throw out a good stiff arm that can do some damage against unprepared defenders. It’s going to be a big year for the Park Ridge product!

He is elusive enough to beat press coverage at the line of scrimmage and torches off coverage with his pure speed. Agosto has soft hands and flashes the ability to make tough catches on the run.
