had a special season for Oil City. He rushed for 2,340 yards and had 34 rushing touchdowns. He is a different type of running back because he is so tall. He stands 6 feet 1 inches tall, but he has elite traits as a running back. He has legit speed and when he gets into the open field he just glides by defenders. He is really good in the different types of run games that Oil City ran. He is especially good at toss plays on the perimeter and other outside runs. Knox is a talented player and he should find a home for a College Football team.

‘s stellar junior campaign where he averaged almost 400 yards per game on the ground. Knox is undoubtedly a top back in the state, despite what people say of the competition Oil City faces week in and week out. I won’t be the one to deny Knox his flowers. The only thing holding Knox from cracking the top five or higher is recent traction in recruitment.

picked up his first offer from Mercyhurst Univeristy on May 18th. Check out Knox’s recent performance at the All 22 Regional camp just before June.

The state’s leading rusher from last fall made his way to York and I’m glad he did. The small school kid is showing he has some serious talent after strong performances at both the York Mega Camp but also at the All 22 regional in State College this past weekend. Strong frame at 6-foot-1 and 184-pounds. According to his testing results from the Elite 11/All22 showcase, he ran a 4.57 forty-yard dash. Very impressive to say the least. College coaches better get in on Knox soon because he’s about to explode in my opinion on the recruiting trail.

is going to get circled on roster sheets before coaches even step onto the field. If you follow PA football, you’ll know how ridiculous the young back was last Fall. The insane production will bring forth questions. I expect coaches to put Knox under a heavy lens to make sure his measurables check out. You can’t ignore 3,700+ rushing yards in a season, 42 TDs to boot. Coaches will want to see how he carries his weight, what’s his work ethic like. No prospect will be dissected harder than Knox, the upside and potential are through the roof.

Knox is a running back with nice size and quality speed. He also put together one of the best single seasons in Pennsylvania state history last fall, rushing for 3,705-yards and 41 touchdowns on 385 carries. He may not be the most athletic running back in the state but don’t discount his athleticism or ability to also be a bruiser. He’s a hard nosed running back who will always help pick up valuable yardage.
