Mr. McCarter is an impressive young man that can make his threat known as both an X receiver as well as a return man. In both, his foot quicks are on full display to either win over the top or set up his team in a good starting field position. Specifically, as a receiver, he has the ability to go up and get it on 50/50 balls securing contested catches as well as flashing his high catch radius as well. One area to keep a close eye on is his ability to get in/out of his breaks quickly as he snaps his routes off – this creates good separation on the play as defenders have to worry about him winning over the top.
