Ethan showed up Saturday and was ready to go right from the opening snap. Milford has to very solid tackles and Ethan was tested on almost every play and showed really good pass rushing ability and did a very good job setting the edge for the seaholm defense. Ethan made multiple plays in the backfield and was a thorn in the side of the Milford offensive staff. I was also very impressed with Ethan’s motor that he plays with. Ethan plays very hard and was relentless in attacking all afternoon and raised his stock as he rolls into his junior season.
Ethan is another edge rusher I have become a big fan of. I really like Ethans ability to read and react on the fly showing good counter moves to gain an advantage on the lineman blocking him. I also like Ethans ability to split a double team and still make play in the backfield. Ethan is an edge rusher who possesses a lot of size and he uses that big body to assert a solid edge against the run and just over power lineman in pass rushing situations. I would not be shocked to see Ethans sack numbers climb this fall as he is an absolute handful to deal with.
There’s no reason that Ethan can’t burst onto the scene in 2026, and I am calling my shot here. I really like what he offers in terms of strength, bend and his endless motor. As a pass rusher, he fires off low, gets around the tackle with speed and bend, and finishes at the QB. In the run game, he does a great job of getting down the line, and specializes in making the play from the back side. With the other known pieces on this Seaholm defense, I could see Ethan being a major piece of it this fall.
