Pursue the ball, make the right block and block to the whistle. See ball go get ball. Fly around.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Get after it, all your teamates are beside you doing the same thing. Be a leader and bring people up after mistakes and remind them there's another play out there to be made.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

FFA, honor roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Do what right for the team, work together to win and learn that to win you have to play 11 on 11 and 10 or 9 on 11. Communities are where legends are made because they are the donators and roots of the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Struggle to gain weight at times, eat like crazy but can't gain. Overcame it by working in the weight room more to turn that food into muscle and gain muscle weight and not fat weight.

Central Lyon/George-Little Rock has become a consistent developer of college talent. That’s why it’s good to track guys coming up through the program. Hoogendoorn looks like he could be part of the next wave at the school when watching him compete on the videos housed on his Hudl page. He’s an active defender, lining up as a hybrid linebacker-safety type. Hoogendoorn operates with a high tempo and physicality, which shows up against the rush. His speed and agility aid him in coverage. All of those traits show up when he’s making people miss or running over them with the ball in his hands.
