Young is a 2nd-year starter and looks like he’s taken a big step in development. He’s accurate, has a natural feel for the position, and just looks comfortable running the offense. He set school records on Friday, going 22 of 26 for 431 yards and 6 TDs. The ball was coming out on time, hitting the open man in stride, and he didn’t make things harder than they needed to be. With the start through 2 weeks he’s had, and especially after Friday, he’s a name we should start to pay more attention to in the 2029 class.
