Elijah Haven Elijah Haven Elijah Haven 6'4" | 220 lbs | QB Dunham | 2027 State LA is the best quarterback in the state of Louisiana, in my opinion, as he is the most reliable when it comes to slinging the rock. He finished last season with over 60 passing touchdowns, which is nearly unheard of. The elite prospect continues to work on his footwork and teh small details, as the only question is “when” rather than “will”. When will he get a chance at the college level? It is coming soon, to say the least. Haven is just one of the many players with teh chance of being named as a Louisiana high school legend, as when it is all said and done, everyone will remember exactly who Haven is.

Haven had the best frame of any of the quarterbacks and was the first guy you noticed when you looked at the guys warming up. He has a quick release and is consistent with his delivery. Haven looked really good throwing from the pocket, his arm strength flashed on night one and he had one of the better throws on the pro day rolling to his right on a deep throw to the pylon.

Haven was the guy who stood out with his size and frame among a group of big quarterbacks. He has a quick, compact release with a smooth follow through and showed good arm strength despite the wind throughout the event. The ball comes out of his hand nicely and he was hitting guys in stride in the redzone drills.

Elijah has been tabbed an “eye-catcher” multiple times this season, and rightfully so. Ranked as one of the top prospects in the country, the 2027 QB checks all the boxes. Haven’s performance in the Division III Select State Championship will be remembered as one of the top performances of the year, as he used his legs to bully his way into the end zone and picked apart the defense with his arm.
