At 5’11” and 190 pounds, Harris showed great patience, waiting for gaps to open, and the explosiveness to burst through them when the opportunity presented itself. Harris had a stellar season, rushing for 1,274 yards at an astonishing 13 yards per carry, easily one of the most productive and reliable backs in the state. He had three games in which he averaged over 30 yards per carry, showing just how explosive and game-changing he was with every touch. Recognized as the Region Offensive Player of the Year for 2A Gila, Harris’s performances consistently elevated his team. Whether breaking off long runs, slipping past defenders in tight spaces, or stepping up when his team needed a spark, he consistently showed why he was one of the most electrifying players of the 2024 season.
