has quickly showcased his versatility and talent in the early season of fall 2025 at St. Thomas More. Standing at 6’2″ and 280 pounds, this dynamic prospect, primarily a defensive lineman, is making waves with his new position as center.
His fall 2025 3-game film analysis, confirms what scouts saw in his skill set during 2024 season. Elijah demonstrates impressive technical prowess and consistency in every play. His ability to execute crisp snaps while maintaining strong blocking techniques has significantly boosted his recruitment spotlight. Even from the center position, he exemplifies the same upper-body strength seen in his previous role. His quickness allows him to engage defenders effectively, creating lanes for his team while neutralizing opposing rushers.
Defensively, he still showcases his run-stopping capabilities; he can handle double teams with finesse, remaining impenetrable at the line of scrimmage. Elijah’s hands are exceptional, and his ability to strike first allows him to dictate the pace of play. 2025 season notes: His transition to center, combined with his player experience, makes him not just a valuable asset but a thrilling prospect for college recruiters moving forward! Keep an eye on this rising star! His recruitment is open and he is in communication with a few schools such as Assumption, Hobart, and Central Connecticut State🏈✨

Elijah is a post-grad transfer from Boston College High School.
Elijah is a stout 2 way player at OL and DL. Offensively, he played the 2024 season at right tackle. Elijah uses his hands well and plays with a good base of support. He can work to the second level with his athleticism. Elijah shows upper-body strength with his initial strike to knock defenders back. Defensively, Elijah is a good run defender. He can take on double teams and clog up the line of scrimmage to create havoc.

2025 Offensive lineman Elijah Alcon-Crowder attends Boston College High and was held out of action during 2023 season due to a state transfer ruling. He was a star in the camp circuit this past summer and finally has some season game film under his belt for coaches to view. He told me he has been measured at camps at 6’2.5′ and 6’3 this past summer. He has an older brother, Malcolm Alcorn-Crowder, a sophomore def-tackle at Kansas State. I did a free spotlight article on Elijah last season to provide more information about him. 2024 season highlights.

Elijah plays right tackle for BC. He will be the leader and tone setter for this OL group. At 6’3 he has good size. Elijah is an athletic tackle who can pass block and run block with success. He does a nice job of setting a wide base and uses his hands to control the defender. The Eagles should be a run-heavy offense behind Elijah.

Elijah was more than ready to go for this showcase. He impressed in measurables and demonstrated good feet and hips during skills and drills. He has fast hands and can drive through defenders with ease. He has good upper body strength and plays with a wide base. One of the best lineman in his school group. He should garner some attention from the NCAA after a good showcase.

stood strong on the day, as many coaches in attendance noticed his skill set. He is a prospect lacking season film due to a transfer ruling that kept him out of action during the 2023 season. He was solid in the drill period, and his technique stood out. He stands approximately 6’2 with obvious strength in his upper body. I see him as a high-level inside defensive lineman at the college level. He is expected to have a break-out season and will likely draw college attention during summer camp season, and see his recruitment take off during or after the fall 2024 season.

Coach Silva: The rising junior was not eligible to play this fall 2023 season due to a transfer ruling under the MIAA. He attended practices weekly to keep up his skill development and to help his teammates compete. He is a recruit with a great pedigree. He has an older brother who is a Junior College defensive tackle named Malcolm Alcorn-Crowder. Malcolm recently announced his commitment to Kansas State on 12/20/2023. The announcement came a few weeks after he earned the offer from the Wildcats. He held 18 offers during the process, including multiple heavy hitters.
Although Elijah missed the 2023 season, he did draw a good bit of college attention during the 2023 summer camps season and discussed this during the interview documented below. My early projection of his skill set is he will attract the attention of many Div 1 college programs moving forward.
Head Coach Ed Mantie: “He’s got some of the best footwork I’ve seen in a while for a lineman, but I believe his best attribute is just his ferocity to get after it in practice and take the competition to the next level every day. In a year where he couldn’t get on the field on Fridays, he put his team and teammates ahead of himself to help build a winning program. His length and football acumen are D1 quality and we are excited to see how dominant he will be for us in his senior year.”

received a D1 FCS grade out of me, yet he’s got the physical tools to explode beyond that threshold. Here’s what Roger Silva had to say in a recent post.
“He had a very good showing as expected and easily confirmed his placement in our rankings as the #12 defensive lineman in New England in class of 2025. He took on repeated efforts from the defensive lineman group and he easily won the majority of the battles. He is a rising talent that has time and room for future growth and development. We were able to easily confirm his flexibility, good feet, and hands that match his feet when in pass protections we saw in his most recent film.”

His performance earned him the Most Valuable Player of the Offensive lineman group for the day.

doesn’t yet have a Hudl from what it looks like, yet the young man’s build and measurables already make him a prospect worthy of some looks if you recruit in New England. Alcorn-Crowder’s frame is great, the impressive part is the way he carries and moves this 250-pound body. Great flexibility, good feet, and hands match his feet when in pass protection. Alcorn-Crowder doesn’t have any offers to this point but fits the mold of a punishing tackle prospect who is ready to be sculpted. Wouldn’t be surprised if this young man’s name will be known throughout New England in due time.
