He has helped lead the Coppell Cowboys to an 7-0 record overall and 4-0 in District 5-6A. This past weekend against Lewisville, Griffin erupted for 460 yards and 6 touchdowns in 55-28 win. On the season Griffin has passed for 1,779 yards. The Baylor commit has been one of the hottest players in the state this season.
