Recruiting update…

Huge March and April for Eddie Bowen Eddie Bowen 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL/TE Central Bucks South | 2025 State PA , a laundry list of visits lined up by the third CB South prospect mentioned on this list. Bowen visited Princeton, Temple, Delaware, Villanova, and New Hampshire with his month-long trek ending at Rutgers on April 20th. After his last visit to Rutgers, Bowen announced the Big10 program extended a PWO to the Top100 PRZ PA junior via HC Greg Schiano. A stamp of approval that would eventually lead to recruiting opening up in Bowen’s favor. Bowen still put forth the same work he’s been outputting for months, even years, yet occasionally prospects need an initial bump to see recruiting snowball into more opportunities. After the Central Bucks Showcase and PRZ PA Combine Series, Bowen would hear back from Gannon and Bloomsburg University in the form of PSAC scholarship offers. The pass-rusher’s stock is currently rising, yet I wouldn’t call it his peak just yet.

I’ve seen enough out of CB South’s Eddie Bowen Eddie Bowen 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL/TE Central Bucks South | 2025 State PA to cement his name among the best 2025 PA defensive linemen. Could have easily been named MVP, selected as a 1st-Team All-Camp member as reconciliation. Bowen has come through multiple camps and dominated competition, he’s put forth two years of impressive tape, he’s even starting to see his work bear fruit in terms of recruitment. Gannon and Bloomsburg have reached out in the form of scholarship offers, both programs prevalent in all things involving District 1 Football. Bowen also received a PWO from Rutgers back in April, which should lead to future FCS inquiries.

This young man can move and he ran one of the fastest 40s in his group at 4.96! You could see the speed each time he was coming off the edge against the tackles, so quick off the ball.  Bowen is rightfully garnering FBS school level interest and I could see why last Friday night. He has a plethora of pass rushing moves that make you know why he was selected all conference.

The first junior on this list, one who ranks high in terms of positional group, yet an overall ranking jump could be due if he continues to produce the way he does. We like Bowen at TE, yet I might have to rethink this moving forward. Three sacks totaled through two weeks, 4 TFLs, Eddie Bowen Eddie Bowen 6'2" | 240 lbs | DL/TE Central Bucks South | 2025 State PA ‘s shown a clear improvement serving as the starting EDGE rusher at CB South. The sacks and TFLs are great, yet plugging in the tape, you’ll see consistent pressure coming from his side of the line. This penetration affects the game in more ways than one can quantify. Love what I’m seeing so far.
