One of a few quarterbacks in this 2026 class that surprise me how under the radar they are this deep into October is New Rockford-Sheyenne gunslinger Easton Simon Easton Simon 6'0" | 175 lbs | QB New Rockford-Sheyenne | 2026 State ND who has the best deep ball arm and best touch I have seen in this 2026 class as he’s surely rose the stock on tape in his senior season for the Rockets. He’s also gotten more efficent with his ball placement, which after logging nearly 60 touchdowns last year it’s clear the upside meter has continued to grow for Easton. The 6’0 180 pounder. You can bet Easton and the Rockets are my favorites to win the 9B state championship as this team has logged not one but two games this year where they have scored 80 points and three games with 70+ which is absurd. With a 4.0 GPA and no offers, I don’t get where the hangup is on college coaches not recruiting this young man more actively Small town hidden gem for sure.
