O’Brien is one of the top safety prospects across Idaho and is a very high IQ kid that is always around the ball making plays and causing turnovers from the third level. He is a smooth athlete with tremendous anticipation, fluid cover abilities and brings a nice thump at contact when dropping down into the box or into the flats. He had another big week on Friday night posting 100+ yards receiving and 2 TD’s on only 5 receptions and defensively had a big night tallying 7 tackles, 1 FF and 3 PBU’s in a nice 34-20 win over McCall.
