Gorney transferred to Canisius from Cheektowaga this offseason and he rose to the challenge of tougher competition. He surprisingly did not get an All-Catholic mention but he was a part of one of the best ground games in all of WNY. He is a ferocious blocker and at 6’6 300 lbs., I expect him to be in the Trench Trophy conversation as a senior.
