Strong game for southwestern Ohio quarterback Drew Suess Drew Suess 6'2" | 156 lbs | QB/ATH Butler | 2027 State OH in Week 7: was 31/41, 441 yards, 3 TDs and set two school records for completions in a game and passing yards in a game.

Drew Seuss, a Class of 2027 prospect for Vandalia-Butler, is having a strong senior year, with 512 total yards and six touchdowns. Seuss is very good at throwing with defenders in his face, making tough completions under duress. Strong arm with good velocity over the middle of the field. Looks very calm and cerebral, makes good reads, scans the field well, and pulls the trigger with a good feel for pressure. Team is off to a hot start at 3-0.

Drew absolutely passes the eye test, both from a physical standpoint and with his play. Drew was the other half of the dynamic duo from the Skyhawks, and was a nice compliment to the pieces they have.

Drew has a really strong arm. No part of the field was untouchable for Drew, thanks to his great mechanics and velocity. I absolutely loved a couple of his throws, but the way he was able to throw the out routes was nearly unmatched. I am looking forward to seeing what Drew and his squad can do tomorrow!

I thought Suess had one of the best days just as a pure thrower. He has really good rotational torque and creates a lot of velocity on this throws. I think he probably had the strongest arm of all of the Quarterbacks in attendance. Suess showed off good explosiveness and athleticism as he had a strong day testing. Drew measured in on the slender side at 6’2 156. For him it’s going to be a matter of adding good weight and spending time in the weight room getting stronger. I think he’s definitely a talented QB that can play at the college level and be developed.

Drew Suess Drew Suess 6'2" | 156 lbs | QB/ATH Butler | 2027 State OH is a quarterback for Vandalia-Butler. The Class of 2027 quarterback earned a spot in our rankings after posting his junior tape, where he flashed a quick release and being able to throw on the move effectively. At 6-foot-4, 170 pounds, Suess has the prototypical height to succeed at the position. Keep an eye on his development.

Tall and very lanky quarterback; needs to add some bulk and get bigger and develop in the weight room, but has enough arm to be considered a prospect. Can roll out and throw on the move. Throws with good velocity in short game. Limited tape, check junior season for a better evaluation.
