Mr. Broege was on the watchlist as a D-Lineman coming into this fall season and he’s going to crack into the rankings as an O-Lineman once this season is concluded. What stands out the most about this young man is his strength to throw defenders around when run-blocking. You can see in the first few clips in his highlights below where he does so when down blocking and when getting to 2nd level blocks. He also finishes plays by keeping his feet driving through the whistle once he’s latched onto the defender. I’m very interested to see how his run blocking performs the rest of this fall season and where his pass protection ends up as well. Currently, he flashes his ability to anchor at the point of attack to keep the pocket clean in pass protection.
