Standing at 6’4″, Dov has the size you love to see at the quarterback position, and he’s putting together an impressive season with 1,599 passing yards and 18 touchdowns. His height gives him an advantage when looking over the offensive line and surveying the field, allowing him to identify openings in the defense. What makes Dov an intriguing prospect is the combination of his frame and the numbers he’s putting up through the air. He’s showing that he can take command of an offense, distribute the football to different targets, and create scoring opportunities. At 6’4″, he also has the physical tools that college programs look for in a developing quarterback. As the season continues, Dov is a name to keep an eye on, especially as he gains more experience and continues sharpening his overall game.

Dov is a quarterback who looks like he has a plan before the ball is even snapped. He does a good job identifying where he wants to go with the football pre-snap and appears comfortable attacking the matchup he likes. That decisiveness allows him to get the ball out quickly and keeps the offense from becoming stagnant. He shows a good understanding of defensive alignment and uses what he sees before the snap to help make his decision. As he continues to develop his ability to work through his progressions when that first option isn’t available, that pre-snap awareness can become a major strength of his game.
