He’s a reliable open-field tackler who packs a punch when he collides with ball carriers. He displays good speed and aggression when running down on kickoff coverage. If Biggs works on his ball skills, his attributes will put him in a position to make interceptions. I think Biggs is suited to play scholarship-level ball.
