Mr. Nigro came up big in the second securing an interception. He did so by staying on the receiver’s hip pocket and went up for the 50/50 ball snatching the ball away from the receiver as they both had possession initially. Talk about making one heck of a play. This swung momentum back into the Lion’s favor which they used to get into the endzone for six. He also flashes his ability to work gap to gap in run support as well as he was lined up in the box for most of the night and when he did he showcased his ability to drive through tackles making sure he brought the ball carrier to the ground. On offense he does also work as a fullback where he can keep his feet driving through the whistle and gain a few yards after contact. Twitter
