Ngoyi is a highly talented edge defender who has a chance to blossom this year.

Love his pursuit and motor, consistently chases plays down even when the initial angle isn’t favorable. Doesn’t always disengage cleanly off the edge but can slip through gaps, spin off poor hand placement, and hold his ground against the run thanks to solid gap integrity. Lower-body strength stands out, digs in, absorbs flow, and maintains balance with clear vision on the ball carrier.
There are moments on tape that grab your attention, key QB hurries, TFLs, and flashes of violent hand use that make him hard to ignore as an evaluator. Logged an impressive swim move earlier in the season that hints at what he could become with technical refinement. Intriguing prospect overall. Would love to see him live to get a better gauge on his first-step burst and true explosion off the line.
