is the star of Franklin Parish High School and is continuing to show that he is deserving of a high ranking when it comes to the state of Louisiana and the running back rankings. After a successful 2025 the year of 2026 seems like a great opportunity for him to find his true footing in high school and rise in the rankings. He is one that I am watching closely, as he is just two spots behind the third-place sitter but could find himself all the way up to No, 1 if he has a great season. Keep an eye on Neal this season.
