Essex running back Demetrius Stewart Demetrius Stewart 6'3" | 225 lbs | RB/LB Essex | 2028 State VA also received an offer from Virginia Tech this week, the Hokies are trying to make a push with this group it seems. Stewart had 14 rushing touchdowns and over 1,000 yards on the ground as a freshman. He is a big lumbering back with excellent vision, his ceiling is only going up from here. Stewart is 6’3 and 225 lbs. those are traits similar to a number of big time running backs at the next level and he still has three more seasons of high school football!
