Labeled a Top 15 senior back prior to the season starting. Phoenixville’s Deacon Williams Deacon Williams 5'10" | 185 lbs | RB Phoenixville | 2025 State PA has come out proven his positional ranking true, yet he might be in need of an overall rankings boost. A Top 400 player, a prospect likely to see love out of local PSACs, is there more to unearth in Williams’ game? We might be seeing it first hand, take his Week 1 tape for example. 8 tackles, 1 sack. This line on defense alone should warrant attention. Flip to the other side of the ball and you’ll see Williams carve up a defense for 240 yards on the ground. Williams, doing his best to prove he isn’t a one-trick pony, also took a pass 40+ yards downfield in the season opener. The more weeks like this out of the Phoenixville senior, the easier it is to sell him to D2 schools looking to add a back or backer. 5’10, 185 pounds, low center of gravity. Boasts a self-reported 3.5 GPA

Deacon Williams Deacon Williams 5'10" | 185 lbs | RB Phoenixville | 2025 State PA is someone whose film I saw in the off-season and I came away very impressed with. Flash forward to Friday night against Reading. Williams rushed for 240 yards, 2 rushing touchdowns, and 1 reception for 41 yards for a touchdown. The kid is a monster as a running back. He has a great combination of physical running style and speed. He is a stock riser, if I ever heard of one, and College Coaches need to check this kid out.

Deacon Williams Deacon Williams 5'10" | 185 lbs | RB Phoenixville | 2025 State PA has some of the best film you will see from a running back. When he gets into the open field, he has elite speed and can just run by defenders. In his film, you see several times him using his burst to hit the hole and then explode through the hole. He has a burst seldom seen from running back. He also has a physical running style and good body control. He is hard to bring down. Williams has all the tools at running back.
