The rising junior is entering his first year in the system after transferring from North Iredell, but the talent is easy to see. Thompson has natural playmaking ability, sure hands, quickness, and good size that makes him a difficult matchup on the perimeter. As he gets more comfortable in the offense and continues building chemistry with QB Ja’Braylan Patterson Ja’Braylan Patterson 6'5" | 180 lbs | QB West Iredell | 2028 State NC , this connection could really flourish over the next two seasons.
