Boltz exploded onto the scene this Fall and has been one of the top weapons for Meridian for the last few seasons. He is a mismatch nightmare on the outside with elite length and a huge catch radius with strong hands and is able to make contested catches with ease. He chunks yardage downfield, can get over the top of safeties and is dynamic with the ball in his hands with good twitch and COD in the open field to make tacklers miss. Boltz is a no-brainer next level guy and should be a nice late steal for a school late as we approach the second and final signing day. The First-Team All Conference selection holds offers from College of Idaho, Graceland and Morningside among others and it would not be surprising if a Big Sky school came in late and pulled the trigger.
