Dayon plays Running Back and Defensive End for Nansemond River. I like him best at running back, where he earned a Top Performer honor during our May Player Showcase. He is a strong, downhill runner, showing good burst and balance through the hole. He has solid speed with good short-area quickness. He often is able to break the first tackle and create yards after contact. He is a good competitor on the field with the will to dominate his opponent. I like his defense end tape as well, showing he can rush the passer and defend the run. Keep an eye on his tape there, especially if he grows some more.
