picking up major college football offers but it’s still nothing short of amazing. Three more P4 schools threw their hat in the ring for his future services with UCF, Syracuse, and Kentucky all offering Parks. He’s been a P4 caliber prospect since his first day of high school and will have his pick of any school in the country by the time he’s a senior. The who’s who of college football has mostly already offered the 6’5 sophomore including schools like Alabama, Penn State, Florida State, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Florida among others. Parks has well over 20 total FBS offers now and is one of the best college prospects the state has seen over the past decade which has seen some great ones.

Although the next two prospects on the list didn’t move up or down in the rankings, they further cemented themselves as the Top 2 players in the class at this juncture in their high school careers. That includes Hurricane offensive lineman

who in all likelihood will remain in the #1 spot until he graduates. If you want to see what an elite high school offensive tackle prospect looks like just turn on Parks’ film and you’ll become familiar quickly. There’s a reason why he was picking up Blue Blood offers from around the country after his freshman season and he hasn’t slowed down any since then. Parks has everything you’re looking for in an offensive tackle having elite measurables, athleticism, and fundamentals for an athlete his age. He has great footwork and is very technically sound for a sophomore tackle while having great strength and power to match those traits. West Virginia has been on a hot streak producing high-level offensive linemen and Parks has the potential to see the success at the next level as they have had if not more.

An impressive rising sophomore on the offensive line, Parks has all the makings of a future Power Five offensive tackle and the offers are already coming in as well. He will have an argument as the top overall player in the state of West Virginia in the class of 2026.
He has the elite size at 6-foot-5 and 280-pounds. He’s got a quick first step off the line of scrimmage and is quick to the point of attack. His footwork is very good for a rising sophomore as well. He shows the tenacity you love to see in an offensive lineman, finishing his blocks all the way to the whistle.
Parks is well on his way to becoming one of the top offensive lineman in America.
