from Cedar Creek brings a rare combination of athleticism and physicality to the wide receiver position. As one of the most athletic receivers in the 2025 class, Darius excels in contested catch situations thanks to his exceptional leaping ability. His knack for making plays after the catch sets him apart, showcasing contact balance and toughness that few can match.
What truly separates Darius is his willingness to do the dirty work. He consistently puts the team first, whether it’s breaking tackles to gain extra yards or sacrificing his body as a blocker. His physicality and dedication make him the kind of receiver coaches love to have on the field.
While Darius remains uncommitted, his work ethic and hunger to improve make him a standout prospect. Once the transfer portal frenzy settles and coaches look closer, they’ll see a versatile, hard-working receiver ready to contribute to the next level. Any program looking for a tough, dependable playmaker will find precisely that in

is that weapon on the outside that balances out Cedar Creek’s run game. A receiver with exceptional concentration and hand-eye coordination, Darius showed time and time again that he can stay composed with defenders in the vicinity and come down with the ball in traffic. If you want to be a dangerous downfield threat, you need to be able to track the ball well and adjust on the fly. That is exactly what Darius can do. However, with the speed Darius has off of the line there are times when he has no one around him because he beat his man right from the start of the play. Darius may not be the tallest or biggest receiver, but he can play a pivotal role in an offense he lines up for. Racking up 683 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2023, look for Darius to take control of the pass game and exceed those numbers in 2024.

, a 5’9”, 160-pound wide receiver from Cedar Creek, exemplifies toughness and tenacity. His standout trait? Creating yards after the catch. While he possesses the speed to outrun defensive backs, his physicality and contact balance set him apart. His vision to find open lanes is remarkable.
Darius’s style of play reminds many of a high school version of Steve Smith. He excels in making contested catches despite his size. With the departure of Cedar Creek’s top weapons, including Lane Parks and quarterback Billy Smith, Darius will be the focal point of the offense. He’ll be heavily relied upon to produce significant receiving yards.
We expect Darius to surpass 1,000 yards this season. The challenge will be developing chemistry with a new quarterback. Nonetheless, his senior year promises to be exciting.

This strategic approach to his speed allows him to consistently beat coverage and make big plays for his team.Drawing comparisons to the likes of Steve Smith—a player known for his aggressive playstyle and physicality—Benjamin embodies similar traits, albeit with room for growth in route running and blocking. He technically had his coming out party week 0 against Matawan (6/161/3), but he followed up that output during week 2 with a 4 catch, 147 yard performance. With this game breaking ability, his longest catch of the day went for 58 yards. He carried the rock once for 11 yards.
