Gomez is one of the highest regarded passers across northern California coming off a stellar Junior campaign, and is one of the top best available signal callers the state has to offer in the 2025 class. Once committed to Fresno State, Gomez stepped away from that commitment in April and has since gathered offers from SJSU, NAU and Montana State. Still uncommitted, the Hanford star is a name to watch as the season comes to a close and national signing day rolls around.
In week 8 of the central valley season, Gomez had a stellar performance where he threw for 328 yards through the air and five touchdowns, in a big time 42-7 win over Tulare Western. Hanford moves to 8-0 on the season and will look to make a big post season run here in the coming weeks.
